Students will first choose their preferred location, if your location indicated in your availability matches the search, your profile will show up in the list.

Yes, you will need to provide us with the following documents before we can onboard you to Hepai.
3. How much must I pay to create my account?
You will be pleased to know that we are not charging a single cent for this account.
4. I have registered for my account. What’s next?
An email has been sent to the email address provided. Please follow the steps as stated in the email and browser screens.
5. What happens if I don’t fulfil your eligibility criteria?
We can help by linking you up with the certification bodies. Just drop your request to hello@hepai.com. It’s that simple.
6. I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
There is a Forgot Password link at the Coach Login page. Please click and follow the instructions to get your password reset.
7. I haven’t received an email to reset my password, who can I contact for help?

1. Are there any referral fees?
No, we do not charge any referral fees.
2. My payment hasn’t been credited yet, how should I reconcile it?
This could be due to the overwhelming submission received. Please drop a text to hello@hepai.com.
3. I usually charge lower than your minimum lesson fee of $70 for my lessons, can I still maintain that amount?
We believe coaches deserve a minimum fee to be engaged professionally so the system is designed in a way that you cannot set a fee lower than the minimum fee.
4. Can I charge above your minimum lesson fee of $70?
You can still charge the same lesson fees. Just go to [My Personal] > [Lesson Fees] to have it changed to your desired lesson fee.
5. Will your system alert my customers for renewals?
Yes. Hepai will send an email reminder to your customers one lesson before the last lesson. This is so that you can remind your customers physically if they still have not renewed by the previous lesson.
1. How does class replacement work in Hepai?
Class replacement is a feature that allows customers to arrange additional lessons if any of their original lessons do not take place.
This feature is only made available for private 1-1 classes only where such a booking is limited to 1 customer. Every private 1-1 booking can have 1, 2 or 3 class replacements for 1-lesson, 4-lesson or 12-lesson packages respectively.
2. My customers are facing technical issues booking a class, who can they contact for support?

3. When a class booking is made by a student, are coaches like myself have to pay fee?
There will be no charges required for coaches when they accept the booking. We just want coaches to commit themselves to delivering the lessons as per each booking. Just chill and let Hepai handle the rest of the administration for you.
4. When a class booking is made, are reminders sent automatically to my customers?
Yes, customers will receive email notifications whenever a booking is submitted, accepted or rejected.
5. Can bookings be made for trial lessons?
Definitely. Bookings can be made for trial lessons for first-time customers.
6. Can my customers contact me directly in the event of last-minute changes to a class booking?
Definitely. Apart from last minute changes to the class booking, we encourage coaches to keep customers informed about their children’s learning progress regularly.
1. What if my student misses a lesson?
Depending on whether the student is in for a private or group class booking.
For a group class booking, it involved students from different families. There will be no lesson replacements or refunds for students who miss any lesson in this setting.
For private class bookings, since only one customer is involved, 1, 2 or 3 class replacements for a 1-lesson, 4-lesson or 12-lesson packages respectively can be arranged with the coach directly.
2. What is the wet weather plan at Hepai?
In the event of inclement weather, coaches will decide whether to continue the lessons. Coaches can refer to the National Environment Agency website for the latest weather forecast https://www.nea.gov.sg/weather.
The coach can choose to conduct land drills or engage students in water safety awareness training or any other relevant activities if in-pool activities are not advisable.
3. How many students can I accommodate in my group swimming lessons?
Based on the recommendation provided by Academy of Water Safety & Swimming, the advisable coach-to-student ratio is as follows:

Hepai does not provide this service currently. However, we would like to hear from you if this is something coaches wish to have. So please write to us at hello@hepai.com indicating your interest.

2. Can I exchange my Rewards for cash?

We are unable to confirm the delivery dates as it is determined by our delivery partners.
