1. How do I find a coach?
Go to our homepage > Choose your preferred location > Click 'Search'. Coaches who are teaching at the location will be seen.
2. Must I pay to register an account with Hepai?
Yes, a registration fee of $20 is required for your first booking.
3. Are there any subscription fees I need to pay to use your platform?
There aren't any subscription fees. Just like any service provider, Hepai charges a service fee for every class booking.
4. I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
You can do a password reset by clicking the “Forgot Password” link. An email will be sent to your registered email address to guide you on changing your password.
5. I haven’t received an email to reset my password, who can I contact for help?

1. What kind of payment method do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master) as the mode of payment.
2. How many days must I book in advance for my class?
There are no specific days as Hepai will open coaches’ available slots from the next 48 hours onwards for you to book for your class.
3. I have some technical issues making a payment, who can I contact for help?

1. Can I get a refund after booking a lesson?
Once a lesson is confirmed by the selected coach, no refunds will be allowed.
2. Can I switch or change coaches after booking a lesson?
No switching or changing of swimming coaches, students, and/or venue will be allowed once the booking of lessons has been confirmed by the coach.
3. How does class expiry work?
Class expiry will only be applicable for private classes only.
Once a private class is booked, a class expiry date will be auto-generated in which all lessons (including class replacements) are to be attended before the class expiry date.
4. I am not able to find a swimming class in my area, what’s next?
Your area could be new or have changed its postal code/ district mapping.
Please contact Hepai customer service to adjust the setting for your area.

5. What should I bring for my children's first swimming class?
Standard swimming costumes are fine. For babies or toddlers, we recommend that they wear swim nappies to avoid accidents in the pool.
6. I need to contact my swimming coach urgently, is there a way to reach my coach directly?
Your coach’s contact number will be made known to you in the confirmation email sent once the class has been confirmed by the coach.

7. I have a sudden change of plans, can I change the date and time of my lessons?
You can have 1 to 3 changes depending on the number of private lessons booked.
No changes are allowed for group class bookings.
8. How do I cancel my swimming lessons?
You can have 1 to 3 cancellations/postponements depending on the number of private lessons booked.
No cancellation/postponement is allowed for group class bookings.
9. How does the free personal accident insurance coverage work for me?
This coverage is offered by Manulife Insurance to first-time learners who have booked a minimum of 4 lessons, for 6 months at no cost.
Our Hepai ambassador (represented by a Manulife Financial Advisor) will contact you within the next few days upon receiving your class confirmation, to arrange for the completion of your insurance application.
1. What is the wet weather plan at Hepai?
In the event of inclement weather conditions, the coach will decide whether to continue the lessons. He/She can choose to conduct land drills or engage students in water safety awareness training or any other relevant activities.
2. How does class replacement work in Hepai?
Class replacement is only available for private classes and not available for group classes.
3. What if I miss a lesson?
As a private student, you can arrange for a replacement class (up to 3) before the class expiry date. There are no class replacements or refunds for students who miss a group lesson.

5. Do you have lessons for learners with disabilities?
Yes, we have coaches who are trained to handle learners with disabilities. Please provide more details on your requirements during your class booking.
